Ingredients

250 grams Almonds
250 grams Powder sugar
1 Egg
teaspoon Sugared lemonzest

Preparation

Peel the almonds. Dry them and grind them (not too finely) together with the powdered sugar, egg and lemonzest. Leave in a cool place for at least a few days to 'ripen'.
