Soft Shortbread

Ingredients

250 grams Soft butter
100 grams Flour
60 grams Corn starch
60 grams Icing sugar
5 mls Vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 160C .

Beat butter and vanilla until foamy.

Add dry ingredients and blend. Do not overstir.

Spoon onto an ungreased pan.

Bake at 160 degC until done (10-20 minutes depending on thickness)
