I had only avocados and onions on hand and it still tasted great on toast first thing in the morning. Definitely a keeper.

Hi Lalaine,
I have a chive plant in my backyard that blooms all spring/summer. I know you can get chive blossoms at some farmers markets and specialty grocery stores. Chives are really hardy and easy to keep in a pot. I'll ask around further and see where else they are available!
In the meantime, if you want to eat it with some edible flowers, you could try nasturtiums, or edible peonies that you can get in the fresh herb section of your grocery store.
Regardless, the recipe is easy and delicious, with or without the blossoms.

Where did you get chive blossoms? Thanks.
Love the recipe, can't wait to try it! Might have to make do without the blossoms for now. :(
