Ingredients

8 slices, crustless bread
8 ounces mild cheese
1 pound bacon
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 dozen eggs

Preparation

Sprinkle cheese over bread. Cut and brown bacon; sprinkle over mixture. Mix milk, mustard, eggs, salt, and pepper; pour over whole mixture. Let set overnight. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Done when knife comes out clean.
