Recipe: California Cake [edit]

1	box yellow cake mix (regular or lite)
1	can Mandarin oranges (not drained)
4	eggs (can use Egg Beaters)
½	c. oil
15 ½	oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1	pkg. vanilla instant pudding (regular or sugar free)
9	oz. Cool Whip

Step 1	Beat cake ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake.
Step 2	Mix frosting ingredients and spread on cake.
Step 3	Keeps covered in refrigerator for a week. Tastes even better on 3rd day.
