Hard Italian Cookies
Ingredients
10 cups flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons lemon
8 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup white wine
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy, then add sugar, lemon, salt, cinnamon, oil and wine. Add some flour and mix a little. Then add baking powder. Add rest of flour. Dip in wine and sugar. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
