Preparation

Heat
oven to 375 degrees. Generously butter a
baking
sheet.

In large bowl, combine
bake
mix
, coconut, nuts, egg whites, seltzer,
extract
, butter and sugar
substitute.
Mix
well.

Drop by rounded tablespoonsful on to prepared
baking
sheet.
Bake
20 minutes, until light golden.

Cool
cookies on
baking
sheet 1 minute before transferring to wire racks to
cool
completely.

This recipe
yields
20 cookies.
