Perfect Pigs In A Blanket
Ingredients
8 hotdogs - your choice of variety
2 1/4 cups flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp butter
3/4 cups milk
1 Tbsp vinegar
Preparation

Place vinegar in milk and let sit until curdled (3-5 min)

In large bowl, place flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar

Cut in butter

Add soured milk and stir gently until dough comes together

Turn onto floured counter and gently pat into rectangle

Cut into 8 pieces

Wrap each piece around a hotdog and place onto greased cookie sheet

Bake 400 degrees for 15minutes, or until golden brown.
About
My kids love pigs in a blanket, but they can be really pricey to add the crecent rolls to the grocery list. These wraps are much more economical, and all the ingredients are already in the pantry!
