Cream and Honey Caramel Sauce

20 grams honey
20 cloves whipping cream
90 grams sugar

In a sauce pan on medium heat boil cream

In a second saucepan over medium heat melt honey and add sugar little by little stirring constantly until you obtain a nice golden caramel

Pour in the cream and stir
