pounds pork chops, ½" thick |

cup vegetable oil |

Step 1 |
Trim off excess fat from chops, brown in oil for 5 minutes on each side. |
Step 2 |
Drain excess oil. |
Step 3 |
Pour Ragu sauce over chops. |
