jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce

3

pounds pork chops, ½" thick

¼

cup vegetable oil

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Trim off excess fat from chops, brown in oil for 5 minutes on each side.

Step 2

Drain excess oil.

Step 3

Pour Ragu sauce over chops.

Step 4

Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.

Step 5

Serves 4 - 6.
