Step 1 |
Heat oven to 350F |
Step 2 |
Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3", generously. |
Step 3 |
Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon 30 sec. Pour batter into pan. |
Step 4 |
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 - 65 min. Cool 5 min. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. |

High Altitude: Heat oven to 375F. Decrease baking mix to 2 C and sugar to 2/3 C. Add 1/4 C Gold Medal all-purpose flour. Bake 50 - 55 min |
