Delicious Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

250 grams dark chocolate chopped into small pieces
115 grams butter
115 grams sugar
50 grams flour
200 grams almond powder
For the syrup:
(boil all ingredients together for 2 minutes)
115 grams sugar
30 grams brandy

Preparation

Beat eggs, the 2 yolks and sugar in the mixer until they are fluffy. Melt chocolate with butter in bain marie or in microwave. Add melted chocolate in the mixture of the eggs.

Add flour, almonds and orange zest and stir gently. Grease and flour a 20cm pan and pour the mixture inside.

Preheat oven at 170oC and bake for 25 minutes.

When the cake is ready add half of the syrup. Keep the other half of syrup and add 2 tablespoon of it in every piece you serve.
