I like this recipe because it isn't too spicey and you can dip it into all kinds of things like blue cheese, ranch and you might want to try an asian dipping sauce. Wing Dings Are Chicken Wings Cut Up.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds of Wing Dings
1 1/2 cups hot sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons of Cajun Spice (Emeril's Bayou Blast)
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Vegetable Oil for frying

Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients

Season chicken with the dry ingredients that you combined

Marinate chicken for 24 hours

Fry chicken on 350 for 13 minutes

Wisk together 1 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of hot sauce until completly Mixed. Put wings in a bowl and pour hot sauce mixture of wings making sure all wings are covered.
