This recipe was entered in The Foodista Best of Food Blogs Cookbook contest, a compilation of the world’s best food blogs which was published in Fall 2010.

Ingredients

1 pound Swiss steak or round steak cut into chunks
1 can condensed beefy mushroom soup (I used Campbell’s)

Preparation

Cook on high for at least 8 hrs.

The beef comes out really tender and tasty.

Serve over noodles, potatoes, or rice.
