Boiled Potato Curry

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Tumeric powder
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 teaspoons chilli powder
Salt as needed
Fresh Coriander for Garnishing
Lemon juice for garnishing
2 teaspoons Oil

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker.

Peel of the skin. If the potatoes are small sized skin can be cooked(yummy)

Cut the potatoes into small dices

Mix the potatoes with salt and chilli powder.

Take a pan and pour oil.

After the oil is hot enough, put mustard seeds till all the seeds are bursted.

Put tumeric powder.

Then the potato - chilli - salt mix

Stirr well so that mustard seeds and yellow colour of the tumeric powder are spread properly.

Cook for 5 - 10 minutes

Garnish with cut coriander leaves and sprinkle lime juice.

Serve it hot.
