c. butter

1 ½

lbs. boneless, skinless chicken, cut up

½

c. onion

1

tsp. garlic

c. water

¼

tsp. pepper

½

c. wine (red or white your choice)

tsp. dried oregano

tsp. thyme

¼

tsp. rosemary

1

chicken bouillon cube

Pita bread

Shredded lettuce

Onion

Feta cheese

Tomatoes

Black olives (opt.)

Oil

vinegar based dressing

Step 1

In large saucepan melt butter, add onion, garlic and chicken. Saute chicken until browned, about 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients, simmer, covered for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is completely cooked. Serve with the following:
