tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

tablespoon fresh lemon juice

tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Step 1

With a fork, mash all ingredients together with butter in a bowl until well combined.

Step 2

Transfer butter to a sheet of wax paper and roll into a log, wrapping with the wax paper.

Step 3

Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to develop.
