tablespoons unsalted butter, softened |

teaspoon finely grated lemon zest |

tablespoon fresh lemon juice |

tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |

Step 1 |
With a fork, mash all ingredients together with butter in a bowl until well combined. |
Step 2 |
Transfer butter to a sheet of wax paper and roll into a log, wrapping with the wax paper. |
Step 3 |
Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to develop. |
