Salty Spicy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon fleur de sel

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat together peanut butter through cinnamon by hand or using an electric mixer.

Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie and place approximately 2 inches apart on baking sheet.

Use fork tines to press cross-hatch pattern in top of dough.

Sprinkle cookies with fleur de sel before baking 12 minutes or until golden brown.
