Ingredients
1 cup
flour
, plain
1 cup
apple cider
1 cup
beer
1
eggs
teaspoon
salt
Preparation

Separate
egg.

Place flour and
salt
in a bowl, wake a well in the center, add egg yolk, cider and beer and
mix
well until combined.

In a
clean
bowl
whisk
egg white until fluffy and
fold
into batter.

Use to
fry
fish
fillets
, seafood or fruit fritters (apple, banana etc).

Note:Add as much beer or cider as is necessary to obtain the consistency you want.

You
can
add 2 tsp of sugar to batter if it is to be used for sweet
dishes
.
