Ingredients

4 cucumbers, diced
2 bunches green onions, chopped
3 green peppers, diced
6 stalks of tender celery, diced
1 bunch parsley, chopped fine
6 tomatoes, quartered
Equal parts of fresh lemons (about 3) and Wesson oil

Preparation

Mix first five items with lemons and Wesson oil. Add tomatoes before serving. Season with seasoned salt. Refrigerate overnight.
