black peppercorns
1/4 cup whole
allspice
2 teaspoons ground
cinnamon
1 teaspoon freshly-grated
nutmeg
Preparation

Grind
peppercorns and allspice together and
blend
with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Store
in tightly closed jar away from sunlight.
