Dry Chicken Fry

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram Boneless chicken
2 teaspoons • Chilli powder – spoons
1 teaspoon • Pepper powder – spoon
Salt – for taste
1/2 teaspoon • Turmeric powder – spoon
1/2 teaspoon • Lime juice – spoon
1 tablespoon • Chicken tikka masala- spoon (You can use different chicken powder)
2 tablespoons • oil
Spring onion to garnish

Preparation

Cut the chicken pieces into thin long slices .

In a pan add oil, chicken and fry for 2 minutes

Now add chili powder, salt, tumeric powder and fry the chicken till the chicken tenders.

Add the chicken tikka masala and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes till the chicken is done.

Remove the pan from stove and add paper powder, lime juice.

Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.

NB: Shaan’s chicken tikka powder goes very well with this chicken fry.
