cups steamed sliced fresh asparagus |

cup diced roasted red pepper |

cup sliced artichoke hearts |

tablespoons olive oil |

tablespoons fresh lemon juice |

teaspoon minced fresh dill |

tablespoon minced fresh Italian parsley |

Step 1 |
Combine the asparagus, red pepper, and artichoke hearts in a salad bowl. |
Step 2 |
Whisk together the remaining ingredients to make the dressing and pour over the salad. Chill and serve cold. |
