cup vegetable oil |

edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Add: 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter or sour milk |
Step 2 |

Step 3 |
Last add: 2 or 3 mashed bananas (very ripe) |
Step 4 |
Mix only until smooth (do not over beat). Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 18 cupcakes, 20-25 minutes, or 1 tube cake, 45 minutes or until done. |
