Spaghetti Bolognese With Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

(6 Persons)
240 grams Ground Beef-
3 cloves Crushed Garlic-
120 grams Tomato Puree-
60 grams Flour-
90 grams Butter-

Preparation

Melt 60g butter in a thick pan.

Put chopped carrot and chopped celery into the pan and half cook.

Add to this onion and the crushed garlic and gently cook for a few minutes.

Add the ground beef and stir constantly until all the meat is cooked.

Add the tomato puree and again stir for a few minutes.

Pour in flour and cook through until a paste like subtance is obtained.

Pour in warm beef stock stirring the mix as the stock is poured in.

Add a little seasoning to the bolognese and gently cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

Leave to one side when completed.

Put spaghetti into a pot of boiling water and cook.(8 to 10 minutes)

When cooked strain in a sieve and run under cold water until cold.

Drain spaghetti well until completely free from water.

Heat 30g butter in a frypan,add to this the spaghetti and season well.

Toss the spaghetti in the pan until very hot and remove to a serving dish and serve.

Remove bolognese from pan to a serving dish and serve.

Serve with parmesan cheese.
