Step 1 |
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients to blend. Cook over medium heat until mixture reaches a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. |

This recipe yields about 3 cups. |

Comments: Use this sauce as an accompaniment to barbecued chicken. You might try to find all-natural or fresh-ground peanut butter instead of the hydrdogenated variety found in most supermarkets. There is a surprising difference in taste and texture. The less processed peanut butters have a richer flavor. |
