Peach Upside - Down Cake

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl put the two whole eggs, 100 g sugar and beat the mixture with the blender, add the lemon zest, salt, the melted butter, flour and baking powder. If the mixture is too hard, add the ½ cup of milk. Arrange the peaches cut in the bottom of cake pan, Spread the mixture over the peaches, and bake the cake for about 1 hour, always do the test with a Toothpick. When the cake is cooked, turn it immediately on a platter, it comes off more easily.
