Basic Spinach Salad

Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast or Chicken Substitute

1 tablespoon Olive oil

Spinach

1/4 cup Mushrooms

1 Hard Boiled Egg

Black Olives

Garlic Clove (to taste)

1/4 cup Chedder Cheese

1/4 cup Dried fruit of choice

1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinaigrette

Preparation

Heat oil & chop Chicken or Chicken substitute into strips or cubes

Fry chicken and mushrooms in oil

Chop radishes, hard boiled egg, green onion and garlic clove

Put all ingredients together in bowl or on a plate & top with Balsamic Vinaigrette or use on side

This is just a very primitive and basic spinach salad. I make this salad a lot during the summer... its my favorite.
