Fried Mozzarella

Ingredients

Oil for deep-frying
Flour seasoned with salt and Plain dry breadcrumbs, for coating

Preparation

Cut the mozzarella into slices about 1/2 inch thick. Gently wipe off any excess moisture with a paper towel. Heat the oil until a small piece of bread sizzles as soon as it is dropped in (about 350F degrees).
