Orangic Cilantro Pesto

Ingredients

cup Organic Walnuts

2 cloves Garlic

1 bunch of Cilantro washed thoroughly

1 Juice of lemmon and zest

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup grated pecorino Parmaigiano

salt and Pepper to taste

Place nuts and garlic in a food processor and process until finely chopped.

add cilantro and lemmon.Ggradually add extra virgin olive oil. Scrape sides with a spatula add cheese salt and pepper
