Clove garlic, crushed |

tablespoons Tomato puree |

teaspoons Dried mustard powder |

teaspoon Clear honey |

Step 1 |
1. Cook the loin roast following the guidelines on the pack. |
Step 2 |
2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter, add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes until softened. |

3. Add remaining ingredients, 150 ml (1/4 pint) water and seasoning to taste. |

4. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally |
