c. Market Day Fajita Strips (beef, chicken or both)

head iceberg lettuce, shredded

tomatoes, chopped

½

c. green onion, chopped

¼

c. fresh cilantro, chopped (opt.)

avocado, peeled

chopped

½

c. cheddar cheese, shredded

½

c. sour cream

½

c. salsa

tsp. chili powder

Step 1

Thaw fajita strips in the refrigerator overnight. Combine all but last three ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, salsa and chili powder. Just before serving, toss salad with sour cream mixture.
