Step 1 |
Directions: Heat a large skillet until hot. Add the olive oil and turkey. |
Step 2 |
Saute often and add the seasoning mix, flour and soy sauce. Cook until turkey is crumbly. Drain the meat mixture to remove fat. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, scallions, cilantro, lime juice, hot sauce and cheese. Stuff the taco shells with turkey, then the lettuce mixture. |
