Beer Batter Halibut

Ingredients

1 pound halibut
3/4 cup Bisquick
cup beer
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons grated onion
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Accent to taste

Preparation

Cut halibut in 2-quart squares. Roll in batter. A pinch of sugar in batter will help brown. Deep fry until brown.
