Smoked Salmon Pocket Salad

Ingredients

1 "Do Miao"
1 Mayonnaise

Preparation

Heat up pita bread on a pan

Mix a suitable quantity of wasabi with mayonnaise

Cut pita bread into half

Spread pre-mix wasabi and mayonnaise spread on pita bread internal

Insert adequate quantity of "Do Miao" and Alfalfa Sprouts into pita bread cavity

Add smoked salmon slices to your taste

Slice Japanese cucumber and insert between "Do Miao" and Alfalfa Sprouts

Cut pita bread into half again so that quarter size Pocket Salad is bite size

This an interesting way to present your greens. The taste appeals to adults and kids too. You may give the wasabi ingredient a miss if serving to kids. Kids may also not be comfortable to smoke salmon which you can eliminate.
