Step 1 |
Throw all non-meat ingredients into crock pot except cheese and beer. Cook on low setting 1 hour. Cook up meat and toss into the crock pot. Break up bacon and sausage first. Cook 1 hour on low. Add cheese and beer and cook on high for 1 more hour. Serves 6 to 10. |
Step 2 |
If you don't want to watch over it, throw it all together and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. |
