A Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast

raw
whole
oats
(not Quaker)
3/4 cup
water
3/4 cup
almond milk
(you can also use
soy,
rice
or regular
for the topping:

banana.
sliced

tbs.
raisins
1 tbs.
pumpkin seeds
(not salted, we like to use organic)
1 tbs.
sunflower seeds
(not salted)
1
tbs.
almonds
Preparation
1
Cook the oatmeal and liquids in a small pot over medium
heat
for 15 minutes,
stirring
frequently. When done, remove from
heat
and
top
with bananas,
seeds,
nuts and raisins.
