Ingredients
1/4 cup
vinegar
1/2 cup
orange juice
1/4 cup
red wine
vinegar
2 teaspoons
soy sauce
1 teaspoon
parsley
Preparation
1
Mix
all ingredients. Add chicken (1-2 pounds). Cover with plastic.
Turn
chicken to cover and
refrigerate
for 1 hour.
Grill
chicken until done. Marinade
can
be
thickened
for sauce.
