Jelly Ice Cream

Ingredients

3 Strawberry jelly powder: table spoon
1 cup Water:
250 grams Vanilla ice cream:
For garnishing:
2 Strawberry jelly powder: table spoon
1/2 cup Water:
3 Chopped strawberry:

Preparation

Boil 1 cup of water in a pan. When water is at boiling temperatures add 3 table spoons of jelly powder in it and stir well till it dissolves.

Keep a side; let it cool at room temperature.

Now add vanilla ice cream in it. And mix it. Don’t mix it properly.

Let it cool in deep freezer for 10 minutes.

Mean while boil ½ cup of water and again add 2 table spoons of jelly powder and dissolve properly. Let it cool in freeze. Cut it in desire shape.

After 10 minutes mix jelly ice cream and jelly pieces, and again freeze in deep freezer for 15 – 20 minutes.

You can garnish with strawberry jelly pieces and chopped strawberries.
