(a dry red wine from Puglia) |

Step 1 |
In a medium saucepan, combine clove, sugar and red wine and heat until sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes. Cool and keep covered. |
Step 2 |
Peel and slice peaches and divide among 4 wine glasses. Pour 1/4 cup syrup over each peach and serve immediately with biscotti. |
