Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine clove, sugar and red wine and
heat
until sugar is
dissolved
, about 10 minutes.
Cool
and keep covered.

Peel
and
slice
peaches and divide among 4 wine glasses. Pour 1/4 cup syrup over each peach and
serve
immediately with biscotti.
