Singapore Dry Laksa LaMian, A Great Party Treat!
1 pkt Prima Taste Laksa Lamian Instant Noodles
2 Medium Prawns
1 Chicken Fillet
2 Taupok (Dried Beancurd)
Laksa leaves (optional)
300 ml Water
Cook chicken fillet & shred.
Cook noodles in water for about 4 mins. Drain &set aside.
Prepare sauce according to instructions on packet (use 300ml water), & add seafood & taupok. Remove when prawns turn pink & mussel shells open.
Mixed noodles with sauce & cook till al dente. Transfer to serving plate & top with prawns & chicken. Sprinkle laksa leaves.
