Garlic Lemon Chicken With Linguini

Preparation

In a bowl combine

Lemon juice and peel, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and half of the olive oil; add chicken breasts.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator about an hour.

Remove chicken; discard marinade.

Heat remaining oil in large skillet and cook chicken breasts about 5 minutes on each side.

Once cooked, remove and set aside. To the same pan add cream.

Heat and whisk to scrape up browned bits in bottom of skillet

Let simmer about 5 min.

Cut chicken into thin slices; return to pan.

Add cooked linguine; toss to mix.

Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with parsley to garnish.

Notes: You may adjust the seasoning to your taste.
