Step 1 |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rub softened butter on steak, sprinkle seasonings on steak. Place meat in 9 x 13 inch pan with water. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn oven off - DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR, leaving meat inside to cook. The secret is to keep the door closed. You can prepare this as early as noon-1 p.m. for an evening meal. Turn oven to 350 degrees a half hour before you want to eat and cook for another 30 minutes. Enjoy! |
