Combine sugar and water in a pan, bring to the boil, add mango, lemon juice and ginger and simmer 10 minutes. Allow to cool. |
Step 3 |
Blend or process until smooth; refrigerate before using. |
Step 4 |
Serve with fresh fruits or ice-cream. |
Step 5 |
Makes about 2 cups. |
