Step 1 |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly mix the ham ball mixture and shape into bite-size meat balls. Place in a baking pan. Mix the glaze to make a basting sauce and pour over the Ham Balls. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. The Ham Balls should be basted several times while baking. Set aside to cool. |

To freeze: Place the Ham Balls and sauce in a container and seal securely. To serve: Defrost just enough to remove the Ham Balls and sauce. Serve piping hot. Makes approximately 50 Ham Balls.
