pound ground ham

¼

cup cider vinegar

¼

cup water

¾

pound lean ground pork or meat loaf mix

½

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

1

egg, well beaten

½

cup milk

½

cup cracker crumbs

¾

cup brown sugar, packed

½

tablespoon salad mustard

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly mix the ham ball mixture and shape into bite-size meat balls. Place in a baking pan. Mix the glaze to make a basting sauce and pour over the Ham Balls. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. The Ham Balls should be basted several times while baking. Set aside to cool.

To freeze: Place the Ham Balls and sauce in a container and seal securely. To serve: Defrost just enough to remove the Ham Balls and sauce. Serve piping hot. Makes approximately 50 Ham Balls.

    Don't know which ingredients are for glaze and which go into meat mixture- confusing
