Combine meusli, sugar and sifted flour in a bowl. Melt butter with golden syrup over a low heat. Mixboiling water and bicarb soda and combine with butter mixture. Stir into dry ingredients.
Place teaspoons of mixyure onto greased baking trays allowing room for spreading. Bake in a slow oven (330F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Leave on baking trays for a couple of minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
