Pili-Pili Sauce (Hot African Sauce)
Several chile peppers (as many as desired, seeded, and finely chopped), juice of 1 lemon, a few garlic gloves, about half bunch
In food processor or blender, add chile peppers, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oil, and salt, and process until smooth. Transfer mixture into a saucepan. Place pan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil. Boil for a few minutes, then set aside to chill. Transfer sauce into a clean glass-jar with lid. Seal, and place in refrigerator. Serve with everything, as desired. Tip: use kitchen-gloves while preparing sauce.
