Ingredients

8 Egg yolks, (up to 10)
1 cup Grated coconut
cup Coconut milk
cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Oil for the mold
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons b butter

Preparation

OVEN: 350F

Stir everything and bake in a mold, oiled and sprinkled with sugar, in a waterbed for 25 minutes.
