Strawberry and Cream Cheese Sandwiches
Ingredients
1 package (8-oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup firm, ripe strawberries, hulled and thinly-sliced

Place sandwiches in a pan lined with a damp paper towel; cover with other damp paper towel and cover with plastic wrap.
