Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
1 tbsp Virgin olive oil
2 cl Garlic, minced
1 lb Brand new potatoes
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Dried rosemary, crumbled
1.In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil.
2.Add garlic as well as saute approximately 5minutes.
3.Slice potatoes into 1″ pieces.
4.Add to garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
5.Toss. Increase temperature to average,cover and cook about 15 minutes.
6.Recover and cook until potatoes are browned, approximately 4 minutes.
7.Enjoy your rosemary potatoes.
